On today's episode I interview a dear friend of mine, the lovely Jaime Wong, we’ll be talking about a topic I am absolutely fascinated with. Traditional Chinese Confinement, Jamie is the only person I know that done this here in Dubai and she mentioned it to me I was sold.

Jaime is a 3rd generation , Chinese from Malaysia and together with her Greek husband , Panos , they are raising 2 beautiful kids in a bicultural family in a multicultural city , Dubai. She is a full time working mum in the healthcare industry for the past 16 years and she is a firm believer of patient centered care when it comes to healthcare services
